DUZHE-SYSTEM
DUZHE-SYSTEM is our 3–6 month plan to relaunch the organization after registering as an independent NGO. It takes the lessons from three years of running Horytsvit and invests them into the infrastructure we need to restart camps sustainably.
Three focus areas
Finance & governance
Establish a donor CRM, budgeting templates, reporting cadence, and governance rituals so the team can plan beyond emergency grants.
Program restart
Confirm the Carpathian base, refresh the therapy curriculum, recruit mentors and volunteers, and document the processes for the next camp season.
Why it matters
- Direct beneficiaries: 6 core team members who gain stable roles, tools, and time to manage the work.
- Indirect beneficiaries: 150+ teenagers each year who will return to Horytsvit once the organization is fully operational again.
- Independence: grants previously funded only the camps; DUZHE SYSTEM builds the administrative backbone and reduces reliance on short-term funding.
